Job Description

• Receive and input referrals.
• Request and obtain authorization from insurance.
• Send to and receive communication from Doctor’s offices.
• Assign patients and schedule visits in the system.
• Create and perform Quality assurance.
• Ability to give timely updates.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and other employees

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent
• At Least 2 years experience in Home Health
• Bi- Lingual ( English and Spanish) preferred but not required
• Good Communication Skills
• Good Team Player

• Provide supervision to assistant therapists.
